Discovery Day Visit
Visit our Salt Lake City headquarters to meet the corporate team, tour an operational unit, speak with existing franchisees, and experience the Costa Vida culture firsthand.
Sign Franchise Agreement
Once mutually approved, you'll execute the Franchise Agreement, pay the initial franchise fee, and secure your territory. Our legal team is available to answer questions throughout this step.
Training & Site Build-Out
Begin your training program at our corporate training center while our real estate and construction team assists with site selection, design approvals, and equipment procurement.
Grand Opening & Ongoing Support
Our opening team is on-site for your first two weeks. After opening, you'll receive regular field visits, marketing support, and access to our franchisee community and resource portal.
